In April 2019 with the help of ‘The Lions of Leigh on Sea’, ‘The Rank Foundation’ and ‘The Elise Pilkington Charitable Trust’ we purchased a 3rd mobility vehicle. The Mobility vehicles are capable of carrying a client in their wheelchair, who is unable to transfer to a regular vehicle, and up to up to 2 other passengers. These vehicles allow the Scheme to help people who may otherwise be housebound.
