This is a good service I have just had a cataract op at BMI hospital, it’s great to have someone to talk to and wait and bring you back. I’m glad I joined this service, otherwise I don’t know what I would have done.
This is such a wonderful scheme. It means I am able to see my friends again as I used the bus but can’t walk much at all nowadays. Going to the doctors is no longer a problem either. All the staff & Drivers are so helpful too. Great!
I would like to thank the staff & drivers for making this year much easier for me, for giving me confidence that I can get to my appointments at the clinic for treatment without worrying, which I do. I am looking forward to using your services, especially your shopping trips, which I can’t do often. Thank you all again I am Very grateful.

I have been very happy since I joined the scheme and am able to get to the group where I meet weekly. Since my illness I have been unable to manage public transport, especially as I have some equipment to take with me. Drivers have been unfailingly pleasant, efficient and helpful.
This service has made a big difference to me. The worry of hospital visits has been taken away as a friendly person accompanies me instead of being alone at a stressful time. The social trips are a blessing as we can meet friends and have an enjoyable time. We would not be able to do this without this scheme.
I feel sure that I speak for other users that without your help we would feel a lot more isolated.
I feel the service is first class and all the drivers are very considerate and helpful. If I did not use the services I would not get out and about very often.
The car scheme is invaluable to anyone who is unable to drive for whatever reason. I have used them many times and every driver arrives promptly and so willing to help with bags, crutches etc. They have picked up prescriptions for me and even stopped for milk!! I cannot praise them enough from the telephonists to the helpers and drivers.
I am so grateful to everyone for all their care, understanding, patience, support and so much more. Without their help I would be housebound. They cheer my day and open up the world to me. Thank you so much.

Since my husband died the car scheme/minibus has been my life line for me. As I am disabled and can’t drive I get taken from door to door for medical appointments and trips out and about wonderful scheme.
I have been on quite a few day trips and have found the driver to be very helpful and patient. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Thank you for being there for us. I have also used the scheme for hospital visits and blood tests.
I really appreciate the car scheme – I would not be able to get to appointments without it. I love the outings. I like to meet other members and go to garden centres and other places I would not otherwise be able to visit. All the members of staff are so friendly and helpful thank you to everyone.
